Small Business Set-Aside Programs

Each year the government sets aside contracts worth billions of dollars exclusively for small businesses. This seminar will give attendees information on available set-aside programs for small businesses, including 8(a), women-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and HUBZone entities. K&C Attorneys and members of the Government Contracts & Construction team, Chuck McPhillips and Karla Soloria, will also address how to handle challenges to size and status qualifications under the set-aside programs and provide an update on regulations affecting small businesses in the government contracts marketplace.
